Join Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center and Fraunces Tavern Museum on Tuesday, March 9 at 6:30pm for a discussion with food scholar Scott Alves Barton about African American Foodways: the study of how recipes, cooking and eating methods, and traditions develop overtime and provide another instance in which African Americans creatively preserve African culture within the context of the slavery.
