Since 1907, the Museum has been a place where amid the clamor and bustle of everyday life someone can reconnect with history. At Fraunces Tavern Museum, we are dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of the American Revolutionary era through public education. We do so proudly 362 days a year.

Through dedication and community support, the Museum has been able to achieve a great deal with limited capital in financial and human resources. Last year the Museum attracted over 29,000 visitors, a 16% growth from the previous year. In addition, the Museum serves over 5,000 students through our school programs, half of which serve Title I schools.

With the growth of Museum staff, including volunteers and interns, the Museum is achieving long-term stability and healthy growth. But in order to continue this growth, the Museum needs your help!

Beloved for generations, Fraunces Tavern Museum has been a place for stimulating education about the history of the American Revolutionary era. We ask you for your help in ensuring that the Museum will continue to preserve and interpret our history for generations to come.
